Limpe e corte a carne em pedaços grandes, leve a panela de pressão ao fogo e deixe aquecer o fundo, acrescente o azeite deixe aquecer bem e coloque a carne, deixe sem mexer por 10 minutos, para que não junte água, enquanto doura, junte o alho, o creme de cebola,o vinho, o caldo de carne dissolvido em água fervendo e adicione à carne, acrescente o tomate, a folha de louro, mexa bem para dissolver o creme de cebola, feche a panela de pressão e deixe cozinhar depois que pegar pressão por 15 minutos, deslique o fogo, deixe sair a pressão e coloque a mandioca cortada em pedaços e aberta ao meio cozinhe por mais 15 minutos.<br />

1 colher de sopa de óleo<br />
1/2 maço pequeno de brócolis<br />
1 maço pequeno de couve flor<br />
250ml de molho p/ yakisoba<br />
6 colheres de molho shoyu<br />
200g de carne em tirinhas (mignon,alcatra,ou patinho)<br />
200g de filé de frango em tirinhas<br />
100g de shampignon<br />
1 cenoura cortada<br />
4 folhas de alcega cortadas<br />

Coloque o molho para yakissoba e deixe cozinhar até os legumes ficarem cozidos al dente<br />
Adicione o macarrão, misturando bem e sirva logo a seguir<br />
